In providing our Services, Koursair may collect personal information on behalf and as a service provider for third parties. - Health or Disability Information. We collect health or medical information, disability status, dietary restrictions, or other related information if you request a booking accommodation. We use this information to provide the Services and for administrative purposes. - Contact Information. We may collect first name, last name, mailing address, phone number, and email address when you request information from us, book travel and accommodations, stay at one of our locations, or fill out a form on the Site or that we otherwise provide. We use this information to provide the Services, for administrative purposes, and to market and advertise our products and services.
- Payment and Commercial Information. We, or a payment processor acting on our behalf, collect name, billing address, phone number, debit or credit card information, purchase history, or other payment processing information when you book a reservation or make other purchases through the Services. We use this information to provide the Services and for administrative purposes.
- Responses to Surveys and Questionnaires. We collect the responses you provide to us when you respond to surveys or any requests for feedback that we send. We use this information for administrative purposes and to market and advertise our products and services.
- Social Media Information. We collect information that you post or share with us when you interact with our social media pages. Please note that your comments will be visible to the public, so you should never share personal information that you would like to keep private. We use this information for administrative purposes and to market and advertise our products and services.
- Text Message Opt-In Information. We collect your phone number and other related information you provide us when you provide consent to receive SMS marketing messages from us. We collect this information when you opt-in to receive text messages from us. Note that you will continue to receive transaction-related emails regarding products or Services you have requested. - Do Not Track. Do Not Track (“DNT”) is a privacy preference that users can set in certain web browsers. Please note that we do not respond to or honor DNT signals.
